CONCEPT

The Box “Finally you’re home” is a charity gift in form of a necessary items set for the defenders of Azovstal.

Ist aim is fulfill the basic needs of those returned from the russian captivity, in order to show sympathy and reduce stress. So there is not only a financial aid, but also a psychological.

*There is no possibility to replace the box with receiving a monetary equivalent, but the soldier can refuse to receive the box in favour of another soldier.

The set is carefully packed into a reinforced carton box (40x35x28,5).

It has a unique design, where everyone can participate by drawing or writing welcoming words for the returned warrior for a small donation to the Families of Azovstal Defenders Support Fund.

Box weight is 10 kg.

The box contents are individually chosen, depending on the gender and health conditions of the soldiers with maximum attention to the individual approach.

The project is financed through the charity organisations, volunteers and businesses via donations. The final aim can be calculated as follows:

2.000 soldiers × 10.000 UAH (box value) = 20.000.000 UAH

LIST OF ITEMS

Brochure, that contains a brief description of how Ukraine and the whole wide world are fighting for “Azovstal” defenders: photos from rallies, concerts, flashmobs, performances, and events; words of support from famous politicians and public figures in business, sport, culture, non-profits, military professionals in Ukraine, and abroad; list of useful advice and contacts (patronage service, psychiatrist, “Association of “Azovstal” defenders’ families”, etc.).

The cooperation with brands/patrons/advertisers is built under prior individual agreement depending on the scope of the assistance received.*

1. Financial support of the returned soldier: personal gratitude in social networks, as well as on the website of the Association. Photo with the soldier upon his/her agreement, a trophy gift, a signed photo of Azovstal defenders, a signed flag etc.

2. Sharing a large amount of the necessary items free of charge: mentioning on the Association’s website under the „Our partners“ section, gratitude in social networks, photo of a soldier with the gifted items upon his/her agreement, a trophy gift, a signed photo of Azovstal defenders, a signed flag etc.

3. Wholesale discount for the necessary items: mentioning on the Association’s website under the „Our partners“ section, gratitude in social networks, photo of a soldier with the gifted items upon his/her agreement

4. One time help: thanks in social media.

*Project leaders have the right to adjust cooperation principles depending on the situation.
